Im covid free after 21 days. age 54... what is post covid care. what do i need to do ? my hrct value was 8 out of 25....sgot 76 & sgpt 129... i was administered oxygen for four hours in between. how should i look after myself? thanx?

God bless you and wish you a good recovery. The score by HRCT implies a mild lung involvement and the required oxygen is not bad. The abnormal liver enzymes are not uncommon in Covid-19 infection. Unfortunately, you cannot do much for yourself with this infection, only try to eat and drink well and monitor oxygen level. You should be safe if pulse ox stays above 92% with room air.

Please follow up with your PCP. The liver function tests should be reevaluated. Watch for shortness of breath and any other findings which seem unusual. Most patients recover well
