Demand an answer: You're already under a physician's care. Shortness of breath especially at your age is very worrisome even if you're a smoker. Elevated liver enzymes will prompt a workup for drug / alcohol toxicity, hepatitis, hemochromatosis, wilson's, autoimmunity ; metabolic syndrome. Especially, pulmonary embolization, new asthma ; primary pulmonary hypertension are serious concerns. Stay proactive.
