By the most recent study even patients who are on dialysis still have antibodies 6 months after the exposure and three months after you had Covid-19 infection you will have an antibody response 50 times stronger with a first dose of mRNA vaccine than a full vaccinated person. However, the current guideline still recommend vaccination after 3 months of exposure. To me, one shot is more than enough.

This should be controversial, as there are many infectious disease doctors who feel it superfluous to a vaccine after recovery from COVID-19, with detectable antibodies. However, CDC and government recommendations urge vaccination after 3 months post recovery. Since we have more opinions than objective facts, at this point, hard to fully decide. Would discuss with your doctor, and make decision
