There is no related literature regarding the effectiveness of Covid-19 vaccine and vitamin D deficiency. By my opinion you should have good antibody if you do not have any other significant health issue.

Unlikely to not have protection from vaccine with low Vitamin D, but advise you to supplement, and aim for levels of at least 30 ng/ml. Optimal Vitamin D might perhaps be from 50-70 ng/ ml, but this will take about 3-4 months. Work with your doctor. I suspect you will do just fine with your vaccinations.
