Would strongly urge you and others to bump up vitamin D levels to the desired 50-70 ng/ml. Best is sunshine, but supplements will also work. There are more than 140 papers now showing value of Vitamin D in COVID-19. Your choice to take booster should be based on many variables and this needs discussion with your doctor.

No data but not likely. But you can google pubmed.gov and search for Vit D AND COVID and see.
