Each melanoma behaves differently. That’s the problem with cancers, that they don’t follow the rules of normal cells.Melanomas can grow very fast and, may have a very large component that is hidden to the naked eye and, spreading wider. However, some patients with nodular melanoma evolve slower. Impossible to say for sure. I recommend to have it fully treated once it’s diagnosed.It’s your priority
