Ive been having itching on the outside of my vagina, mainly near my urethra and my vestibule seems to be a little inflamed blocking discharge form coming out of my vagina. i am wondering what this is?

The main cause of such itching is yeast infection. It is not possible for inflammation of the vestibule to block discharge from the vagina; that does not happen. See a doctor if your symptoms continue and/or you remain concerned.

I suggest you be examined at a medical clinic as soon as possible. You could have an infection or benign or cancerous growth which should be treated as soon as possible. It is not possible to accurately diagnose what your problem is without a physical exam, lab studies & a pathological exam of any abnormal growth. I wish you well with your health!
