Metronidazole and orelox has been prescribed for bacterial vaginitis. took the metronidazole and vag burning seemed to ease up. took orelox hours later and the burning is 100 times worse. whats my alternative should i stick it out for the 7 days?

Are you being treated by a gynecologist? If not, I recommend that you consult one for accurate diagnosis, appropriate treatment & followup. BV can also be treated with antibiotic vaginal medication.
