Whenever i do a kegel pull, my right testicle ascends a lot but the left never moves. the left testicle hangs much lower than the right. i had a vasectomy done in 2003. thank you?

This could be due to the cremasteric muscle in the scrotum (which can move the testicles in the scrotum) being activated during Kegels. There are several reasons for the left side to hang a little lower, varicocele is one of them. Your symptoms are not related to vasectomy. If the testicles are normal in size and feel then there is nothing seriously wrong. I suggest wear a support brief.
