I have had gonorrhea for 2 weeks with testicular swelling, urine retention, and swollen lymph nodes. i have been tested on this tuesday but the clinic has refused treatment until lab show results in a week. can there be permanent damage done?

Treatment for gonorrhea should begin as diagnosis made. Good medical center can perform microscopy on your urethral discharge. Responsible bacteria, Neisseria gonorrhea, are very characteristic microscopically, thus diagnosis can be immediate & antibiotic such as tetracycline can be prescribed immediately & cure initiated. Call local hospital emerbrncy rooms & enquire if they can do this.Good luck
