Laughing really hard can cause vasovagal syncope but because you have history of epilepsy and your head has bothered you recently so I will not rule out a seizure activity in this case. I wonder if you have been taking antiepileptic medication(s). I recommend a follow up with your neurologist ASAP or you should go to ER right away if you pass out again.

Have similar concerns to Dr Le, as it is not clear whether your epilepsy is controlled. Your "heads been bothering" is confusing. Contact your neurologist. Avoid driving, activities at heights, use of power equipment. Your entire picture may need re-assessment.

Very hard laughing can cause BRIEF loss of consciousness. However, the rest of your question cannot be answered because "bothering me" is so vague as to be meaningless. Feel free to repost and actually explain what you mean by "bothering."
