My sister has epilepsy problem.yesterday she felt forward on the hard surface while walking and her right eye is closed and bulged.when i opened her right eye she is able to see but there are water in eyes.will there be any problem for her eyes?

Head and eye injury.: The best thing to do in this case is to visit her neurologist, a physical examination is required, and maybe some tests, to make sure everything is and will be fine.
