Best screening for Cushing's is salivary levels of cortisol at night. If these available in UK. I would say that 99% of patients I see who seem to have all the symptoms & signs of Cushing's do not have it when tested. Purple stria are one of the most reliable signs. The only way to see if it is the Quetiapine is to stop it & see-under your Dr's supervision. Using skin steroids? or supplements?
