At a height of 5ft 2-3inches and 200 lbs, your BMI is over 36 which puts you in the realm of morbid obesity. Ankle, knee and hip pain are common when carrying this much weight. Arthritis is a wearing down of the lining of the joints. This can be caused by either mechanical stress or autoimmune problems. Your healthiest approach would be to lose weight/ remove some of the pressure from your feet.

Strongly suggest you talk with your doctor re: weight gain on psychiatric medications. Can they be changed? That, to some, is an unacceptable amount of weight to gain. If meds cannot be switched consider a weight loss program to get the weight loss going.
