Maybe: Celebrex (celecoxib) is an NSAID which in high doses can cause increase bleeding but is often used at doses that wont have an adverse effect so you should ask your doctor if its ok. Singulair should not interfere with your recovery but it is always important to go over all your medications with your doctor to make sure there is no cross reaction.

Pain control: Your surgeon will provide you with pain control for during and after your surgery. Although neither singulair nor Celebrex (celecoxib) should cause problems with your surgery, make sure you tell your surgeon all your medications.

Yes: Singulair and Celebrex (celecoxib) are both acceptable, and low-risk after surgery, but it is important to discuss all of your medications with your surgeon. He/she will advise you on which ones to stop and when they can be re-started.

Yes but...: These medications should be fine but always best to run these types of questions by your plastic surgeon who knows you, your situation, allergies… be careful about mixing these medications with prescribed medications also.
