I've primary hypertrophic osteoarthropathy. i've been taking 100 mg celecoxib everyday for 4 months. i've had abdominal pain in upper abdomen two times in two years and i took 20mg esomeprazole everytime & it resolved. it's there again can i do same?

I believe it would be reasonable to do so. Taking esomeprazole and celecoxib together for a long period of time could be problematic because they can cause lower GI problems: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5817415/
