Unprotected sex, even with PCOS can lead to pregnancy. Was your period normal? if shorter or lighter, consider taking a pregnancy test to determine your status. The breast pain could be due to hormone fluctuation. Make sure you are doing a breast self exam monthly and if you detect any new lumps or bumps, see your Dr.
