Many normal women occasionally skip a cycle. That said if pregnancy has delayed a cycle it would be making the hormones that show up in the urine. A pregnancy test now could be positive & if so pregnancy is confirmed. The tests are occasionally falsely negative when done early, but you can re-test at any point.

If you had sex since your last period, do a home pregnancy test. If the result is negative repeat the test 4-5 days later unless you get a period by then. Use first morning urine and follow the instructions carefully. Wish you good health! If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. Consider implanted contraceptive, or IUD. Practice safe sex. Get HPV vaccine,
