Your symptoms are not suggesting acute HIV and the possible contaminating event is not considered high risk for HIV transmission. You still have unexplained symptoms and HIV related anxiety. Best would be to see your doc for clarifying and being diagnosed and treated properly. Testing for HIV would definitely answer your main worry.
