Sacroiliac joint problems at such a young age is not considered common. However this condition can develop if you have a limb length difference or a pelvic rotation. In fact I’ve had this condition all my life until I had a hip replacement recently. The way I controlled it was with orthotics and with lift therapy. I also did all of this in my teenage years trying to play sports. Do not give up.

Has ankylosing spondylitis been excluded?Medication does not cure but does quell symptoms. An SI BELT is another tool as are orthotics. Specific exercises can help
