There is no literature regarding IgE level and Covid-19 vaccine(s). The Covid-19 mRNA vaccine(s) is only contraindicated for person who has an immediate (or IgE-based) allergic reaction of any severity to a previous dose of an mRNA COVID-19 vaccine or any of its components, including polyethylene glycol (or PEG). Yes, you can and should receive the vaccine.

See no overt contraindication, and in fact, would recommend you do get vaccinated. Would recommend Pfizer, Moderna, or Johnson and Johnson for best outcomes.
