Heart rate in the 30s while asleep and resting between 40-57. BP usually 90-100/56-64. What could be causing this? Symptoms include lightheaded, presyncope, fatigue, overheating?
Active,exercise daily. I'm always hydrated &get electrolytes but get weekly disabling fatigue,lightheaded with very low bps& can't function & have to sleep the day or days & then feel better. I have lupus.Normal adrenal function tests.Possible cause?
