Noticed 2 swollen submandibular nodes about 4 weeks ago. had covid shot two weeks before that so figured it was that but now 6 weeks from the shot and still no improve. us done and measurements were 0.9 x 1.1 x 1.8 cm and 1.5 x 1.0 x 1.6 cm. thought?

When it comes to lymph nodes that haven't receded in size over that time frame,, I would rely on the ENT's advice as to whether a biopsy is indicated or just continued observation is sufficient.
