I have pcos (lost 130lbs, resumed cycles 3 years ago) w/regular 28-30 day cycles. i take ovulation strips and every month i have a typical lh pattern thats low,surges mid cycle and goes back down. what are the chances im not actually ovulating?

If your cycle is regular and you have a typical LH surge mid cycle, chance of ovulation is very high. It's possible for LH to surge and an egg to never release. You can try ovulation strip with body basal temperature (BBT) charting for one month. If your temperature surge coincides with LH surge, likely ovulation does occur.
