Left foot tingling for several hours. no pain or numbness, tingles moves all around the foot. what could this be?

Apparently there is an irritable or pinched superficial nerve in your left foot.I assume there has been no injury. Tingling may be caused by ill fitting foorwear. Although it's possible, I doubt it's from peripheral neuropathy as it's only in one foot. If tingling doesn't resolve see your physician or a neurologist for evaluation.
