I feel pain in the random parts of left side of my body sometimes recently. especially, i feel small vibrations in the left side of my head. like internal vibrations note because e of the covid i've been very anxious and i'm about to get periods?

Your symptoms are quite nonspecific. Anxiety or stress could play a role. You could see a physician for evaluation and advice. Stress management therapy coukd be helpful.
