Though there are several viral and bacterial illnesses that start with sore throat and cough, I am concerned about the new onset of loss of smell and taste. These symptoms do sound like a COVID infection. I would strongly suggest that you be tested as soon as possible. Isolate yourself from others for 10 days. Drink plenty of fluids, and seek medical attention for shortness of breath/chest pain.
