Test: Arrange a COVID 19 screening test locally and then self isolate. There is a wide range of presenting symptoms with COVID 19 infection. It is advisable to test, self isolate and to monitor temperature. Stay well hydrated and watch for worsening respiratory symptoms. If you are short of breath, with chest pain, please see the urgent care setting. Have a flu vaccine.
