Regardless of the detection of "meth" in your infant, stop this potentially dangerous drug now, in deference to your infant, as effects from meth are unpredictable and may affect your infant well beyond his/her birth date, as well as your ability to care for your child thereafter. Consult your OB provider for a referral for counseling.

Be fully transparent and inform your Obstetrician of the meth issue, as this can play a huge impact as your pregnancy proceeds. Glad you are considering cessation, but a drug rehab program is absolutely mandatory to get you fully stabilized. Good luck.
