Those numbers are normal glucose level in mmol/L (86 and 82 mg/dl). Low is less than 3.3 mmol/L.

Hypoglycemia is defined as glucose less than 60mg/dL(less than 3.3mmole/L) with symptoms of headaces,palpitations,tremors,nervousness,or black outs. Your sugars are normal if your not on diabetic medications (which would be actively bringing down your sugars further and causing adverse effects).
