A few months ago i woke up to my puppy licking my vagina. i am worried about my health. its been so long now i dont feel anything, but can the dogs saliva stay inside me? or are there any other issues that i should be worried about? i am scared?

A puppies mouth has less germs in it than most other animals, including humans. You contaminate the outside surfaces there by touch or random contact during toileting from contaminated fingers/nearby stool. I would forget the issue & go on with your life.
