Will be talking to doctor soon but wondered if a mri came back showing vascular structures contacting both proximal cisternal trigeminal nerves but no compression could i still have tn. i've had chrtonic severe facial pain that effect my teeth?

Blood vessels in proximity to the trigeminal nerve is not an unusual observation but does not prove causation. Chronic and steady severe facial pain is not "Tic Douleureux" and perhaps dental or jaw mechanisms are responsible. A neurologist should be involved here. If you do have TRUE trigeminal neuralgia, a local injection may help.

Had a stroke in 2016. Doctor claims all strokes are visible by MRI two years later is this true. I'm not talking about a TIA.
