Blood vessels in proximity to the trigeminal nerve is not an unusual observation but does not prove causation. Chronic and steady severe facial pain is not "Tic Douleureux" and perhaps dental or jaw mechanisms are responsible. A neurologist should be involved here. If you do have TRUE trigeminal neuralgia, a local injection may help.
