This is hard to know without more information. The average growth/yr ranges 2.5" or more until near the end of puberty when it slows to 1' or less. An x-ray of your wrist/hand would detect growth centers & could predict more growth. Open centers=more growth/closed=no more. Most males stop between 16-18, some sooner or later.

Boys grow for about 4 years after the start of puberty, occurring between 9and 14 yrs and may grow about 13 to 14 inches during this four year period .Some boys don't reach their adult height till they turn 18, though many stop growing by 16 .They have a growth spurt with 3 inches per year , during the latter part of puberty. So you can grow another 2 inches . It also depends on your genes.
