Not all abnormal findings have to be treated. In your case a diagnosis will be needed prior to treating your symptoms. Best would be to start with the doc that treated you in the past or to establish with a primary care doc, if previous doc unavailable. An exam +/- tests will be needed.

You may feel the node every couple of weeks, if the lymph gland doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other nodes become enlarged, or you develop fever, or lose weight, you should see a doctor. Wish you good health!
