I was on steroids - dexamethasone oral 6mg per day for 9 days and 4mg per day for 2 days and 2mg per day for 2 days. my lymphocytes reduced by 40%. i have stopped steroids ... how long will it take for my lymphocytes to come to normal range ?

I do not think your absolute lymphocyte count decreases but the percentage goes down because the neutrophil percentage increases. Steroid effect will resolve after 3-5 days. You should not worry about this transient change.
