My son has two skin coloured small nodules on his tonsils ,is that normal ? no symtoms but he is a strep carrier , i dont know if it is related ?

You could watch and wait. Check the nodules every couple of days. If either nodule doubles in size, becomes ulcerated, bleeds, or more nodules develop, your son gets fever or loses weight, see a doctor. Wish you and your son good health!
