Infected sebaceous cyst, b4 infection size of a pea now like a big strawberry and still growing doc said to have it surgically removed after infection gone, gave antibiotics, nearly finished, im bedridden, hurts+growing, do i just wait it out?

Such infections develop an outside capsule that must be removed or the cyst will always re-accumulate debris & tend to become infected. Contact the doc & see if they are ready to remove the cyst now.

If antibiotics are not effective than the cyst needs to be lanced {I&D} to release infected sebum and release pressure to allow antibiotics to get into the cyst and surrounding tissues
