Is it possible for heart rate to hit 154 for 2 minutes and have shortness of breath then go back to normal during panic attack? this happened to me when i started to feel lightheaded while laying down. i had some water and felt better afterward?

Yes, it can for a young person. Sinus tachycardia can reach that high but usually less than 150. However, it should be confirmed with an EKG because people may have atrial tachycardia or supraventricular tachycardia (SVT) which causes the same symptoms and it is mistaken for a panic attack.
