I received my 2nd dose of the moderna vaccine 2 days ago. yesterday, i experienced extremely severe side effects (whole body pain, could not move all day). today, most have subsided but i now have a raspy, hoarse voice. is that cause for concern?

It sounds like you had more pronounced vaccine side effects than most people do, but it isn't serious. Contact your personal physician if not entirely back to normal after another 2-3 days.
