Stomach acid: Vomiting causes the contents of the stomach to be regurgitated back up the esophagus, into the throat and mouth. The stomach contains a fair amount of acid in order to help digest food. When you vomit, this acid comes up as well, and vomiting repeatedly can irritate the esophagus and throat, which is likely what you are experiencing. Time will help but can try an anesthetic like chloraseptic too.

Burn: You got a throat burn from your stomach acid when you threw up. That can make you hoarse and give you pain when you swallow. Usually this only takes a few days to disappear. It should at least get dramatically better in that time. If it persists or worsens see a doctor.
