No treatment for BUN of 53 because you have mild kidney problem due to heart disease. If you eat less animal protein, this number can go down slightly but do not increase fluid intake because of your heart condition. Vitamin D level of 29.3 is enough for an Indian. No treatment for uric acid unless you have gout. If you have gout, uric acid can be lowered with Allopurinol or Febuxostat, and diet.
