I have eczema. its pretty bad on my arms and neck . i use lotions to keep it down and smooth but sometimes it flares up . recently a rash popped up on my leg . its eczema and ive never had it on my legs . what could be the cause ?

If the rash is similar, eczema may be one cause. For itching, calamine often is helpful. Please see your PCP or urgent care. For long term skin care, discuss the use of hydrocortisone lotion.
