Normal bacteria in your throat, nothing to concern. Sometimes, the lab will state as no growth and not mentioning the normal flora (the growth of normal bacteria which are colonized in everyone's oral cavity).

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, the findings are not a cause for concern. Wish you good health!
