Side effects: Never heard this complaint in my practice regarding treatment with Vyvance or Concerta. However, tinnitus is a relatively common symptom and it can be recurrent. At times, exposing to loud noises, diving or some medications can be the triggers. Check with your doctor about other possible causes that he might have identified in your medical history.
