Upper stomach pain, reflux , burping, armpit pain and slightly breast aches. also arms tend to hurt sometimes. what could it be? my blood work, chest xray normal; breast,armpit and abdomen ultrasound normal?

Symptoms are frequently similar to those described with COVID-19. Get a PCR test, and observe quarantine for at least 10 days along with any close contacts. If respiratory symptoms develop, go to an ED for evaluation.
