I have eczema and if i scratch in the same place my skin has like a raised line where i have been scratching (easier way to describe it looks like a string under my skin) but i am not sure why?

Sounds like you have dermographism -- stroking the skin causes urticaria (hives), an allergic-like reaction. Google for more information: below is a website with photos.
