After a bout of severe acne & eczema, i have now on my cheek a slightly raised white patch with reddish surrounding skin. what is it & is it curable ?

See doc: Since the description does not fit either eczema or acne, it may be from a fungal (tinea?) infection. However it is hard to tell for sure without a direct examination.
