Mgt: I would suggest a review of her skin care regimen with your PCP. Discuss possible allergic triggers, the use of Hydrocortisone lotion and an eczema cream for young children ( available over the counter). Avoid immersion in water for more than 10 minutes at bath time and apply the moisturizer after the bath. If itching persists, additional medication may be indicated.
