Angina is pain on left vest arm or jaw that comes on with exercise and stops quickly when you stop. Keep a diary and share with your team. Very unlikely with numbness or angina at your age. Most likely cervical spine related. Draw picture where numbness appears and share with your team. Keep Safe.

Your age, and the history of cervical spinal fusion make it more likely to be nerve root related than cardiac. Agree with Dr. Grim . Seek further guidance from your primary physician. Good luck.

Agree with my colleagues, as the potential of cardiac issues is far lower than "nerve symptoms". Although cervical radicular issues must be assessed, the more likely problem may be at wrist (carpal tunnel) or elbow (cubital tunnel). Would also assess brachial plexus. Start with your family physician but you may need an EMG study to sort this out.
