Exam needed: Many of your varied symptoms could be caused by irritable bowel syndrome, lactose or gluten intolerance, spastic colitis, diverticulitis or inflammatory bowel disease. Shortness of breath and extreme fatigue would require a general investigation while the gastrointestinal symptoms are best evaluated by a gastroenterologist. See your primary care physician for starters.
